Girlfriend Gab and Giveaway
So I was talking to my BFF Taylor on the phone this morning (Jimmy Choos & a Baby Too)
and I got to thinking about the silly things us girls chat about....
Don't know how the subject came up, but I mentioned about tucking the girls in my bra making sure their headlights were pointing in the same direction. She busted out laughing and had no idea what I was talking about.
Me: "You know....you tuck them in so one girl isn't pointing off in one direction and the other is pointing straight!"
Her: "No I have never done that...Never thought about it"
Me: "Really....well I do...." thinks to self (maybe it's b/c I'm older and mine are sagging...she has young 20ish old boobs still happening and I'm in my 30's....hmmmm)
Her: "You're silly....but now you're gonna make me think about it next time"
ha ha I guess that's why God invented Girlfriends...I mean does your husband really want to have a go at conversations like this?
Your girlfriends know what your talking about when you tell her you cried over a "On Star Commercial on the radio. My husband just says...you're such a girl.
Your girlfriends get not having the right shoes with your outfit. Your husband just says any will do.
Your girlfriends understand that some days you really just need that chocolate truffle maybe two. Your husband reminds you that all you do is complain your belly jiggles so why eat it.
Your girlfriends know what you mean when you say "Calgon take me away"
Your husband just thinks ..."ohhh bathtime...yeah baby"
My husband will try occasionally to be my best 'girl'friend. We'll be out shopping at the mall or out to eat and he'll say
Him: "OHHH see that chick over there...she could so be your best friend"
Me: "Omg she soo could...I love her outfit"
My hubby really does know me well, but he's no girlfriend BFF!!!

I've cried over a coffee commercial at Christmas where the guy comes homes and his sister sticks a bow on him...sweet!
