First They're Sour ...Then They're Sweet....

You what I'm talking about don't you? The Sour Patch Candy. Have you seen the commercials where they act naughty then sweet? (here's my fav one..video below)

Well that would sum up Lily today! Now...Now...Don't you dare think I'm a bad mom....all of our kids at one time or another have been, ohhhhh, less than an angel when out running errands...

Today Mini Me had another ortho check up and I thought ..."well this will only be 30 mins...we can do this right?" UMMM no!

She had a wet diaper so I went to tell Kate we were heading to the car and to walk outside...that that was where I would be if they were finished! Lily started screaming at the top of her lungs and kicking and screaming b/c she wanted her sissy! I had her in a football hold running for the door past all the ppl in the waiting area. I know they saw Pregnant Chick w/no Clue running past them.

Then I walked and walked and the women waved to us Mini me was done. Ugh was all I thought. Once inside Wild Thang wanted down....so I thought..."this will only take a min to make Kate's next appt...what can go wrong?" HAHAHA Mistake. Lily is running around the room trying to touch every single thing on the trays. By this point I'm sweating. Once again...in a football hold running for the door to the car to leave. She is screaming bloody murder to go back inside! I can barely strap her in! (more sweat pouring in this gorgeous windy cold 52' weather)

Head to Mini Me's school to check her in and Lily immediately wants down to run the halls...It literally takes me 20 secs to check her in on the computer. I've got her in a football hold screaming at the top of her lungs and kicking to get free! Of course everyone and anyone is staring at us. Yet again...Pregnant woman who has no control over her child! UGH

Once home she is hugging me tight kissing me and saying "love you momma....love you momma"! See first she's sour then she's sweet! Whew! What a day! I'm home and I didn't really even go anywhere!

Bright note...27 weeks today!

Baby R is moving up a storm. He decides to wait until I'm ready for bed and then show me his Micheal Jackson Thriller dance moves for literally 1 hr. I've tried telling him this isn't the best time to show me....why not wait until about 7am! He listens like his big sis Wild Thang...haha (let's hope not)

Overall I'm doing great. Weight gain was 22lbs this morning total. (although Monday it said 25...it fluctuates depending on my water intake..ugh) My lower back is now starting to give me grief...but another joy of my babies! I also carry high and get this constant numbness and tingling above my rib cage (under ur bra wire area).

It gets irritating by the end and it's an annoying issue that happens w/each baby. Goes away the minute I give birth! I have yet to meet another girl that has this....(so tell me you understand and I'll be your best friend)

FYI...the Oriental Chicken Salad was probably the best salad we've had in ages. Better than any I have had in a restaurant. Double the dressing though and ramen noodles and nuts! ( I didn't but will the next time)
