Today is Wednesday....You know what that means?! In Laws for dinner.....I am making Vanessa's Make Ahead Beefy Lasagna

and a Moist Lemon Cake



I found it stuffed into my recipe folder....from the March 2009 Family Circle issue. (hello what took me so long?)

Anything with Lemons is a hit in our house...esp since this has fresh lemon zest, juice, and lemon yogurt in it!!! How mouth watering does that sound?

I've got my tiniest helper ready with her chair and apron on.



Granted it takes twice as long (or three times) when she's helping....but nothing warms my heart more than my little momma helping and learning with me in the kitchen!
