Recap of Bestie Day Out

So me and my Bestie (Taylor) had a girls day out on Saturday. We bribed the hubs into watching the little princesses (ok we really made a deal that if they watched the babies they could go to the gun range on Sunday) I put Lils down for a nap and off we bolted for lunch and shopping. Lunch was horrible...so we think we need a do-over on that.....We headed to the mall and proceeded to search for some great dresses for our growing baby bumps. Our hubby's were actually encouraging of this....(insert shock) and so we were determined to find some great dresses to show off for them. After our frequent trips to the little girls room we realized we were having a failed shopping experience. You know it's one of those...."When you are looking for something you don't find it, and when you aren't looking for something you find everything" moments!

We didn't stick to maternity stores b/c we were determined to find dresses that expanded....and our last stop we scored! We found one of those dresses that can either be worn as a skirt or dress. I got one in a blush or nude color and she got white.
We're going to wear them like the picture on the right w/a cute denim crop jacket or crop sweater! How cute are these??? woohoo!

When we headed home we found the guys at my house...the living room was a wreck of toys and the babies literally lunged for us. The dad's had filled them on M&M's and who knows what else! Ha Ha....they looked pretty happy though...we did noticed a little sagging baby booty on Rals...and Lils had half diaper on a butt cheek...half diaper off! Ha ha...who can complain...we had a great 4 hours of just girls!!
